Journal Submission Checklist

Please ensure that the relevant items are ticked before you submit the article (You may copy the checklist to a Word file and attach it as a supplementary file )

I think a plagiarism check is best, you may use any free tools on the net.

Ensure that you have followed the reporting guidelines appropriate for the type of your study. Please fill and upload the corresponding checklist as a supplementary file. You can use https://kjponline.com/index.php/kjp/about/submissions to find out the appropriate guidelines for your study.

Please fill appropriate checklist for your paper from https://kjponline.com/index.php/kjp/about/submissions and submit it as a supplementary file. Add to your manuscript any relevant information that is mentioned in the Checklist but is not included in your current draft.

Please Follow IMRAD (Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion, and Conclusion) for all research articles.

The maximum word count allowed for the abstract is 250.

The abstract for research articles needs to be structured with the following headings: Background, Aim, Materials and Methods, Results, and Conclusion

The abstract for case reports needs to be structured with the following headings: Background, Case Report, and Discussion

In the introduction section, explain how your study adds to the field - what is its relevance, and how it is different from or superior to previous research on the topic. (The same holds true for Case Reports)

The methodology section should not contain the institution's name and the city where the study was conducted. This may affect the "double anonymized" nature of the peer review process. Those details can be added later if the manuscript is accepted for publication.

Remove the institution's name from the ethical approval section. This may affect the peer review process's "double anonymized" nature.

Please remove the IEC approval number from the Article File as it contains the abbreviation of your institution's name.

The materials and methods section is written as continuous text, not bullet points. The section  states the type of study, the anonymized location of the study, the sample size estimation, the type of sampling, the inclusion and exclusion criteria, and the ethical consideration

The months and years in which the data collection started and ended are mentioned in the Methods section. Descriptions of the rating scales are brief. Provide details of translation and validation done if any.

Data analysis includes descriptive features and tests of the hypothesis.  The description of continuous (numerical) and categorical variables is clear. The tests of significance have been detailed. The analysis software has been mentioned.

The test value and p-value. Like chi-square value and p value or t value and p value. If "p=0.000" to p <0.001
The maximum number of tables and figures combined should not exceed five. The tables are in the Article File and not in the additional file.
The figures are in the Article File. High-quality images, if any, are uploaded as a separate image file.

The acknowledgment section should not contain information that may affect the "double anonymized" nature of the peer review process. Kindly add an acknowledgment section later.

Did you use AI tools to collect or analyze data, produce images or graphs, or write this article? If so, disclose the details, such as which tool was used and how, in the appropriate section, such as the Materials and Methods or the acknowledgments.
Also, at the end of the article, before the references, under the heading “Declaration regarding the use of generative AI,” state that you assume full responsibility for the entire content of the manuscript, including the parts generated by the AI tool.
If no AI was used, then please state the following at the end of the manuscript, before the references: "The author(s) attest that there was no use of generative artificial intelligence (AI) technology in the generation of text, figures, or other informational content of this manuscript."

Include an author contribution section as per ICMJE in the First Page file.

The Title Page file follows the instructions provided. The authors are listed clearly. The contact details of the corresponding author are clear. Word Count is mentioned. The funding source is mentioned. The ethical committee approval is mentioned. Also, attach a conflict of interest form from https://www.icmje.org/disclosure-of-interest/

The author contributor form is attached. See the sidebar
